This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your marketing career in a dynamic setting, working alongside us as you gain experience across a variety of digital and offline marketing channels. You will be doing a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship course through either South Devon College or Plymouth City College, combining practical work experience with formal learning.

This varied role offers exceptional learning opportunities that you simply won't find in larger companies - you'll be involved in everything from marketing campaigns to order fulfilment, gaining real-world experience that will set you apart.

During our busy Christmas season, you'll also support us with picking and packing operations, giving you insight into the complete customer journey from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be involved in a broad range of marketing activities, including:

Digital Marketing:



Assisting with updating our company website. Using analytics dashboards to gather, analyse, and report on marketing data Supporting email marketing campaigns, including content creation, image editing and performance analysis Social media marketing across multiple platforms, including Instagram management and both organic and paid campaigns Learning the fundamentals of e-commerce across multiple channels (our website, Etsy, Faire, Not on The High Street and more), including valuable skills in SEO and copywriting for e-commerce descriptions. Supporting Search Engine Marketing and digital advertising efforts

Offline Marketing & Operations:



Customer service via phone and email - ensuring all communication is thorough, polite and efficient Order processing and fulfilment - taking and processing customer orders Picking and packing orders, especially during busy seasonal periods Data entry and administrative tasks to keep us running smoothly

Ideal Candidate



Essential Qualifications:



GCSEs in English and maths at grade C/4 or above

(essential)

A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) preferred

Desirable Experience:



Interest in social media and digital marketing Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using Shopify or similar content management systems Creative flair for marketing and design Understanding of e-commerce principles Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.
