WHAT will I get from working with Telecom Rentals?
EARN: 9 per hour, 35 hours per week
EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm.
QUALIFICATION: Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 takes approximately 19 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?
Telecom Rentals UK are looking for a bright, ambitious and creative Marketing Apprentice to join their team, offering an opportunity to create not only a marketing strategy for the business, but also a role, and a career for themselves. And whilst yes, there are some key areas that will require your focus, you will have freedom too, to shape how you market, promote and showcase the business and its products/services.
Working closely with the Telesales Team, and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be focused on implementing / managing:
Marketing campaigns for existing and new products
Targeted (sector/industry/location) email campaigns following successful product installation
Social media strategy - identifying the appropriate channels and creating / scheduling content accordingly
Competitor analysis
Design and creation of marketing collateral, i.e. flyers etc.
Data cleanse - not the most exciting part of the role, but it still needs to be done!
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules including marketing methods, principles & practices, business organisation & copywriting, campaign implementation & management, IT & digital tools, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?
Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
UK Residency - must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
IT Skills
Strong commercial sense
Creative & energetic
Confidence
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
