We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice to join the Marketing team reporting to the Senior Manager of Market Strategy & Performance. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience across all core marketing disciplines within a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. You'll support the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement, product positioning, pricing optimization, and revenue growth across global markets.



You'll work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, pricing, and communications, to support projects from strategy through execution


You will also be given time to work toward your Level 4 Marketing qualification with the training provider Ginger Nut Training. The learning for this apprenticeship will be via online teaching, coaching as well as training from our Marketing team at John Crane.



This role is based from our headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

(not limited to)

Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. Support product marketing efforts, including competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Contribute to pricing initiatives by conducting market research and supporting pricing model updates. Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO, website updates, and email marketing campaigns. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance and customer engagement. Assist in coordinating trade shows, webinars, and customer events. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications. Participate in regular training sessions and complete coursework required for the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship standard.

Qualifications



Hold 5 GCSE's to include grade 4 or above for Maths & English Ideally hold A-Levels, T-Level or a BTEC Excellent written and oral communication skills Great attention to detail We welcome applications from recent university graduates and career changers, providing you do not hold a degree in Marketing
