And now, we're looking for a

Marketing Apprentice

to help share our journey, celebrate our people, and spotlight the work we're doing to build a smarter, more energy-efficient future.

This is your opportunity to gain real-world experience across all aspects of marketing -- from social media, content creation and campaign planning to events and internal comms -- while working towards a recognised qualification. You'll be part of a growing national team, supporting our engineers, commercial teams and office staff with creative, consistent, and engaging communication.

What you'll do:

Create and schedule social media content that brings our projects and people to life Help maintain and update our website with fresh copy, images, and case studies Support internal communications and monthly team newsletters Assist with event planning, branded merchandise and campaign rollouts Work closely with our marketing agency to deliver quality content Track and report on performance to help us grow

What we're looking for:

A genuine interest in marketing, communications and digital media Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity, attention to detail and a can-do attitude English GCSE grade C (4) or above Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar tools is a bonus Confidence using social media and a willingness to learn new platforms

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
