From Pats and Bridie's to The Enniskillen Hotel and Lusty Beg Island, our venues offer unique hospitality experiences. We are seeking a Marketing Assistant & Content Creator who can help elevate our brand presence and connect with our guests in meaningful ways.

The Role:
As our Marketing Assistant & Content Creator, you will:
Develop compelling written, visual and video content for social media, email and websites.
Design and write marketing copy for promotions, campaigns and venue-specific initiatives.
Create tailored content for multiple venues, each with unique brand identities.
Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across Pats, Bridies, The Enniskillen Hotel & Lusty Beg Island.
Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms.
Capture on-site content at each location (events, food & beverage, lifestyle, team features)
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Support with administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain brand consistency while adapting to each venue's style and audience.
Stay updated on trends, platform updates and new content opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent writing, editing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel between venues as part of the role.
Passion for hospitality, branding and digital engagement.
Preferred Criteria:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation or a related field.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Photography or videography skills.
