We're Social Gains Limited/PharmoDigital - a digital marketing agency specialising in pharmacy and healthcare clients across the UK.

We build websites, create SEO content, manage Google Ads, and develop AI chatbots for independent pharmacies, travel clinics, and private healthcare providers.

The Role

You'll be a hands-on marketing assistant who creates content, builds website designs using AI tools, and coordinates client projects. This is a hybrid role combining creative work (content writing, design) with project coordination (managing contractors, client communication).

You'll work in our Blackpool office three days a week, working directly with Drew (agency owner) for real-time collaboration, immediate feedback, and proper hands-on training.

What You'll Actually Do

Content Creation (35% of time)

Create SEO blog posts using our AI content system (Claude) - you do this yourself Write client emails, project updates, and communications Proofread and edit content for quality Upload and format content in WordPress Ensure content matches client brand and positioning

Design & Development Coordination (30% of time)

Use AI tools (Anima) to build out website designs yourself Brief external developers on more complex web design requirements Review contractor work for quality and brand alignment Provide feedback on designs (colours, layout, branding) Manage ClickUp task boards across 10+ active projects Track project timelines and flag delays Coordinate between multiple contractors (WordPress devs, designers)

Client Communication (20% of time)

Follow up with clients for website content, images, testimonials Send project updates and progress reports Schedule consultations and meetings Handle routine client queries via email Chase outstanding information needed for projects

Marketing Operations (15% of time)

Set up Google Analytics and Search Console for new sites Update project documentation Organize files in Google Drive Meeting notes and action items Basic WordPress admin tasks

What You Need

Essential:

Based in Blackpool or surrounding area (Fleetwood, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham, Preston, etc.) with reliable transport Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm in the office consistently

Excellent written English

- Content creation is a major part of this role

Strong eye for design

- You'll create designs using AI tools and review contractor work for quality Comfortable learning and using AI tools (we'll train you on Claude for content and Anima for design) Organized and good at following up with contractors and clients Basic WordPress knowledge (or quick learner) Comfortable using project management tools (we use ClickUp) Can work independently once trained Confident giving clear feedback to designers and developers

Nice to Have:

Previous marketing or content writing experience Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) Experience coordinating contractors or freelancers Experience with healthcare/pharmacy sector Familiarity with Google Analytics or Search Console Understanding of SEO or content marketing Experience briefing designers or reviewing design work

What Success Looks Like

First Month:

You're confidently creating content using our AI system You're managing WordPress uploads independently Clients are getting timely responses from you ClickUp is organized and up-to-date Drew isn't chasing you for updates

Three Months:

You're coordinating contractors independently You're using AI tools to build website designs yourself You spot design problems before Drew does Clients trust you and communicate with you directly Projects are moving faster because you're keeping everyone on track

Six Months:

You own content creation and design coordination Drew can focus on strategy and sales while you handle execution You're suggesting improvements to workflows You're the reason projects don't fall through the cracks You're producing high-quality work that clients love
