We are looking for an individual that has a marketing/business degree or CIM qualification or has previous work experience in a marketing environment. If you're completing your university course in May/June this year, we are happy to delay the start date and for you to begin the role once graduated.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to stay calm under pressure and delivers on their commitments. They will be able to think strategically and act proactively in developing and executing our marketing plans.

In order to support our students with up-to-date high-quality materials and services, the Astranti team focuses each working week on achieving clear targets against specific deadlines. Similarly, our marketing plan is developed against a calendar of activities to communicate to our students when they need it.

The role will be based in either Trowbridge or Cardiff. For an initial period, the role will be mostly office-based, then there will be the opportunity to work partially from home on a regular permanent basis.

The role

Typical tasks that you will be expected to undertake include:

Creating and writing marketing material - primarily email campaigns and website content. Designing and managing social media activity (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) Managing Google Ad campaigns Managing Social Media Ad campaigns Ensuring search engine optimisation to maximise traffic Building website pages and updating content Managing and updating the customer database Responding to customer questions and queries Managing online training course content Working with new and existing affiliates to generate traffic to our website Support the marketing manager in a range of ad-hoc projects

The salary package for this position will be between 25,500-28,300 depending on marketing experience (the total package assumes people opt into the pension scheme) A performance-related promotional system allowing high-performers to progress quickly A '10 in 9' working arrangement - every other Friday is a non-working day 25.5 days of annual leave under the '10 in 9' arrangement (including bank holidays) - equivalent to 28 days for a normal 5-day working week Astranti Flex scheme - allows you to decide what benefits you have as part of your employment.
