Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media management, and market analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers. Utilise tools such as Google Ads and SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic. Collaborate with the design team using Adobe software to create visually appealing marketing materials. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements. Support project management tasks by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables for various marketing projects. Maintain organised records of marketing activities and assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.

Experience

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous for creating marketing materials. Experience with Google Ads and SEO practices is preferred to optimise digital campaigns. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for documentation and reporting purposes. Previous experience in market analysis or social media management will be beneficial.
