Signs & Stickers Ltd is a signage and print company based on the Nuffield Industrial Estate in Poole. We're primarily an eCommerce-based business, supplying custom signage to customers all over the UK. We're a small, friendly team with big ambitions, and we're now looking for the right person to support us as we grow.
The Role
This is a varied office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and has strong admin and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
General office admin including email management, data entry, and filing
Preparing quotes and assisting with invoicing (QuickBooks experience beneficial)
Answering phones and providing excellent customer support
Responding to customer queries via email and across online marketplaces
Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media posts
Listing and updating products on our website
Supporting day-to-day business operations
What We're Looking For
Very organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident computer user with strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience using Microsoft Office and email systems
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
Proven experience in a similar administrative or office-based role (required)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Any knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is a bonus
Working Hours
20-25 hours per week
Ideally Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm (flexible for the right candidate)
Free on-site parking available
Education & Experience
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
1 year of administrative experience (required)
1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Fluent English (required)
