Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Ideal role for Social Media / IT Enthusiast



Location: Willand, Devon - possibility to work partially from home if preferred.



Reporting to: Ifor Williams Brand Manager



Hours: Part-Time, 8-10 hours a week

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work with our Ifor Williams Brand Manager at C&O to generate sales of Ifor Williams Trailers.



Knowledge of posting stories, videos and photos on social media is necessary.



Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.



Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation: Assist in creating eye catching and engaging, informative content for various digital channels, including social media, the company website, and email newsletters. Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, WhatsApp) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content strategy. Website Updates: Create dynamic and engaging content, product information, news updates, and promotional offers. Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is desirable. Stock management: Create fresh and impressive adverts on the company website and advertising platforms for our stock items for sale. SEO Support: Collaborate to implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices across digital assets. Additional ad-hoc support for sales activities and marketing administration as required by the role.

Qualifications and Skills:


Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Basic computer literacy and ideally a familiarity with digital marketing tools/platforms. Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels. * Experience with graphic design software is a desirable.
