Etre is a relatively new coffee and baked goods shop, and our focus goes beyond just serving great beverages and treats. We are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with attentive service for a truly memorable experience.

We are now looking for a

Marketing & Brand Manager

to join our growing family. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who's both creative and hands-on -- someone who loves building a brand and also thrives being on the shop floor and connecting with customers. You'll split your time between driving our marketing and brand presence (3 days/week), and being a part of our brilliant in-shop team (2 days/week).

It's a great fit for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape something meaningful as we grow.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating and managing our social media content, capturing the essence of Etre through engaging photography, videos, and copywriting. You'll help build our online presence and showcase the heart of what makes our shop special -- our coffee, our team, and our customers.

Duties

Create high-quality photo and video content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and engaging presence. Interact with our online community--replying to comments, messages, and customer feedback. Develop creative campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to drive engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to our brand. Work closely with the team to highlight new menu items, special events, and promotions. Help shape the customer experience through visuals, storytelling, and a consistent brand tone
Whilst in your Coffee Shop Team Member role, you will be expected to:

Deliver excellent, brand-aligned customer service Support the team during busy shifts with energy and care Capture real-time content (photos, quotes, stories) from the shop Stay in touch with what our community loves
