The Role
We're seeking a bilingual (English & Mandarin)
Marketing & Branding Specialist
to lead our digital storytelling and brand voice across platforms. From elevating WML's B2B freight solutions to shaping the personality of Marstogo on social platforms like Xiaohongshu and WeChat, you'll play a central role in how both brands connect with audiences across cultures.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Strategy
Develop and maintain consistent bilingual brand messaging aligned with the essence of WML's service offerings wmlondon.com+1wmlondon.com+1.
Localise marketing campaigns for UK/EU and Chinese markets, reflecting cross?border commerce dynamics.
Translate logistics services into clear, engaging brand stories targeting B2B clients.
Social Media & Content
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, TikTok, and other platforms.
Plan and execute bilingual content calendars, including posts, visuals, videos, case studies, and reels.
Monitor logistics trends in real time and adapt content to stay current and engaging.
Engage with audiences in Mandarin and English--answer queries, share insights, support community growth.
Collaborations & Campaigns
Partner with operations, eCommerce, and customs teams to feature real-world use cases (air, sea, road freight, warehousing, etc.) wmlondon.com+5wmlondon.com+5cbbc.org+5uk.indeed.com+1cbbc.org+1wmlondon.com+1cbbc.org+1.
Coordinate with Chinese KOLs, influencers, and ecommerce networks.
Use analytics (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, RED/WeChat dashboards) to measure performance and refine strategies.
Qualifications
1+ years in marketing, branding, or digital content--preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)

Deep understanding of both Western and Chinese social media ecosystems.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, video tools).
Experience with Meta Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Accounts.
Data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns and boost brand presence.
