About Us

UNIRAD is an international healthcare operations company, dedicated to bringing advanced imaging technologies to medical institutions. Our Mobile MRI unit, currently based in Glasgow, provides hospitals, clinics, and insurers with high-quality diagnostic imaging services. To strengthen and expand access to this service across the region, we are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager who can operate effectively both in the field and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing strategies to promote the Mobile MRI unit

Build partnerships and secure agreements through direct engagement with hospitals

Liaise with doctors to encourage patient referrals

Negotiate and collaborate with insurance companies to increase referral channels

Manage digital marketing opportunities and partnerships (websites, health portals, etc.)

Share market insights with the digital media team to inform campaigns

Establish feedback mechanisms to enhance patient experience and satisfaction

Carry out market research, preparing competitor and patient-flow analysis reports

Provide regular weekly and monthly updates to senior management

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years' experience in the healthcare sector (preferably in radiology, diagnostic imaging, pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices)

Strong background in marketing, sales, and business development

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage hospital managers, doctors, and insurers

Flexibility to work both on the ground (visits, negotiations, agreements) and in the office (reporting, strategy)

Prior experience in professional healthcare networking is an advantage

Results-oriented, proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
