Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events. Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels. Oversee website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies. Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outbound activity, and strategic partnerships. Support proposal writing, pitch presentations, and RFP responses. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align growth goals.

Market Research & Insights

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Provide market insights to inform strategic planning and innovation. Identify new verticals or service offerings to enhance market position.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and growth strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
