This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing communications programmes to all end user and OEM customers. The role requires strong leadership and management of a team of Marketing Communications Specialists to deliver timely, relevant, and results-driven marketing communications activities that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Key Activities -
Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan to support business growth across all verticals
Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are effectively implemented.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing programs and ensure they are measured and reported accurately.
Take responsibility for marketing to specific verticals, when required
Lead the development of an account-based marketing (ABM) program.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Manager to ensure best practices are followed across all marketing initiatives.
Work in partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager to maintain global and reginal alignment
Coordinate with the PR and Internal Communications Manager to support all marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Agency management - all Marcomms agencies
Key Individual Accountabilities -
Collaborates with the Marketing Strategy Lead to ensure that the integrated marketing plan aligns with business objectives
Develops an integrated marketing plan that drives all stages of the marketing funnel across all verticals
Manages a team of Marcomms Specialists to ensure best practice planning and execution of all programme activity
Ensures that stakeholder groups are established for all verticals and are aligned with the integrated marketing plan.
Responsible for maintaining the brand of all external marketing materials.
Develops the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
Leads one vertical, as required
Accountable for the timely execution of new product launches across the marketing team, including training, enablement, and digital initiatives.
Manages relationships with agencies
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience
A minimum of 10 years of campaign experience
Proven track record of planning and executing marketing strategies, preferably in an industrial B2B setting
Experience and skill in collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with the ability to plan over a three-year horizon
Experience in people management
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
