Due to continued international growth, we are expanding our marketing and communications function.
The Role
We are seeking a
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
to take ownership of the accurate execution of customer and brand communications.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for preparing, scheduling, publishing and reporting on communications across multiple channels, in line with a defined marketing calendar.
The role suits someone experienced, organised and dependable, who is comfortable working to plans and deadlines while being accountable for live, customer-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, finalise and quality-check approved communication content
Manage and follow the marketing and communications calendar
Upload, format, schedule and publish content via:
Mailchimp email campaigns* Social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)* Flyer*s and customer communications Execute and monitor email campaigns (open rates, click rates, bounce-backs)
Manage bounce-backs and support mailing list hygiene
Provide clear summaries of communication activity and performance
Ensure all output follows Marcrist's brand guidelines and tone of voice
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Experience in a marketing coordination, communications or execution-focused administrative role
Confidence using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
Highly organised and reliable, with the ability to manage deadlines
Desirable:
B2B marketing or communications experience
Basic layout or formatting skills (e.g. Canva)
This role focuses on execution and delivery rather than marketing strategy or content creation.
