We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our digital presence, supporting advertising campaigns, coordinating training materials, and ensuring seamless administration of our CRM system and website. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities



Social Media & Content Creation

Manage and grow Todd Research's presence across social platforms Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track analytics to optimise performance

Advertising, Events & Publications

Coordinate advertising campaigns across digital and print platforms Manage relationships with industry publications and media partners Create marketing materials, and press releases Organising exhibitions / events with support from Sales team Maintaining / updating marketing budget spreadsheet

Training & Customer Support

Manage our e-learning portal, adding new users, providing reports when required Support the delivery of training sessions, webinars, and demonstrations

HubSpot & CRM Administration

Assist with managing HubSpot CRM, ensuring quote templates, products, reports etc are up to date. Support email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement tracking

Website Administration

Content / product updates and improvements on the company website when required

Basic SEO

Ensuring the Distributor portal is kept up to date

General Administration

Price list updates as/when required

Sales support as/when required

Qualifications & Key Skills



Experience in social media management, marketing, or digital communications

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms

Basic knowledge of SEO, website content management, and advertising platforms

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail

Good at planning and delivering work to deadlines

Salary:

Highly competitive (TBC)

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

Flexitime Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
