About Us

We are an established mortgage advice business in Bristol, looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our small team on a part-time basis.

We're committed to providing excellent service to our clients, work with a range of individuals from First Time Buyers through to professional property investors, and others who need help & advice on protecting their homes, families, and income.

The Role

This is a genuinely flexible role designed for someone who wants meaningful work without the full-time commitment. You'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, running paid advertising campaigns, and maintaining client relationships through our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Plan and manage PPC advertising campaigns Monitor and optimize campaign performance Manage client communications via CRM Identify and implement marketing automation opportunities Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven track record managing social media advertising campaigns Hands-on experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads platforms) Strong written communication skills CRM system experience Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proactive approach to learning new technologies

Desirable

Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Marketing automation experience Experience in financial services or professional services Understanding of FCA marketing regulations
