At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals we are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join us as we continue to grow.

In the role of Marketing Communications Manager, you will be part of the SBM BU Marketing Team and will be reporting to the SBM BU Marketing Director. You will work with Product Marketing Managers and at times with the local subsidiaries to promote our solutions, services, and programs to the market. Working directly with external PR agencies, designers and other contractors depending on projects. You will also work closely with the Corporate Communication Departments based in France and Saint-Gobain North America region Communication team in Malvern (PA)

Specialty Building Materials (SBM) Business is focused mainly on commercial and infrastructure segments providing solutions for basement waterproofing, bridge & deck waterproofing, injection resins and specialty grouts. With a strong track record in world\'s most renown structures, solving some of the most challenging problems for contractors, engineers and architects; PREPRUFE, BITUTHENE, ELIMINATOR, DE-NEEF and BETEC are category creating brands under the SBM portfolio.

This role can be based in our Slough or Manchester offices.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a strategy and tactics to communicate and promote the different SBM product lines separately emphasizing the category creating nature and global track record
• Create a global hub for assets which can be translated/transferred to different subsidiaries
• Work with the central SG CC communications team develop \xe2\x80\x9ccombined portfolio/solutions\xe2\x80\x9d related assets and programs to communicate the enhanced offer of SCC + SBM.
• Ensure consistency and legal compliance of messages and media published through the different communication channels: PR, social media, etc.
• Manage and execute the new company brand identity through the brand guidelines implementation, adjustment in the communication strategy and key messages, management of the new digital assets
• Manage the SBM side of market and competition surveys run by SG and/or SG CC corporate teams
• Prioritize and promote our solutions & services along with the customers and market needs using the industry verbatim

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic communication or brand management role developing strategies and tactics in a similar industry
• Experience working with external agencies to deliver campaigns and manage the marketing budget
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard software is required
• Good understanding of digital communication & e-marketing tactics (Required)
• Understanding the legal requirements: GDPR, copyrights, data protection law and regulations (Required)
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization would be a strong plus
• Native or Fluent English both written and spoken (Required)
