Your role as Marketing & Communications Manager will be working closely with stakeholders and senior management across the company to support the Head of Communications in the implementation of the communications, marketing and clinic growth strategy.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for

  • Driving the implementation of an integrated marketing and communications strategy for Newson Health
  • Identifying new opportunities and areas to creatively market Newson Health clinics
  • Proactively and reactively manage our online communities, interacting and engaging with community members and patients to grow and nurture our online communities
  • Work with the wider marketing team to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content for multi-channel focused on driving clinic bookings and patient retention
  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor comment sentiment and topic trends, striving to boost brand engagement and conversion rates
  • Report on digital channels performance, analysing monthly trends and marcomms impact. Implementing insights to ensure continuous improvement of our communications.
  • Competitor analysis and industry research to present monthly to the Head of Communications
  • Management of the Dr Louise Newson website and external patient newsletters
  • Supporting agency relationships to enable a focused programme of events and campaigns to support both the communications and marketing strategy
  • Developing, procuring and managing assets to enhance the Newson Health brand externally
  • Develop and maintain an annual communication and marketing calendar, harnessing external marketing opportunities for Newson Health.
  • Strong communications experience including marketing and engagement
  • Marketing, copywriting and editing experience
  • C-suite stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in marketing with a specific focus on service growth
  • Experience managing online channels for a corporate organisation
  • Experience managing communication and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience increasing engagement through a variety of initiatives (both online and offline)
  • Experience in community management for a corporate organisation
  • Use of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is desirable
  • Supporting change programmes / or wider organisation transformation
  • Creation of analytical reports
Knowledge
  • CIPR qualified
  • Relevant degree or similar qualification preferred
  • Private healthcare industry experience advantageous.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Stratford-upon-Avon office, 2 days remote)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa345,000 per annum DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break.
