Duties
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track lead generation activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Communicate effectively with leads to understand their needs and qualify them for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up.
Prepare reports on lead generation metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements
Proven experience in a lead generation or telemarketing role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
