This is an office-based role, and you will be required to commute to Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), working Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Content Creation

: Strong writing, editing, and design skills with the ability to create engaging marketing materials

Email Marketing

: Understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices for optimising engagement and conversions

Project Management

: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Attention to Detail

: Strong proofreading and brand consistency skills to ensure high-quality content

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) and email marketing software is beneficial

Analytical Skills

: Ability to track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve content strategy

Industry Knowledge

: Passion for beauty and an understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour

Experience

: Previous experience in marketing or content creation is advantageous
