We are recruiting for a Marketing & Content Executive to join their UK Marketing team in Glasgow - someone who's ready to grow, create, and make an impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a marketing professional with 1-2 years' experience who is passionate about content, social media, video and internal comms. You'll work closely with their UK Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life, shape their internal culture, and tell compelling stories across digital channels.
Role:

• Create and adapt content for multi-channel marketing
• Write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and internal comms
• Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage and regularly update content calendars, scheduling posts across media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram in accordance with guidelines
• Support the filming, editing, and publishing of short-form videos
• Oversee video content library and ensure branding and design specifications are consistent
• Produce internal newsletters and employee engagement content
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on culture and comms campaigns
• Coordinate logistics for webinars and internal events
• Assist with hosting, moderating, and post-event follow-ups
• Update website content (CMS experience a plus)
• Support reporting and analytics with guidance from the Marketing Manager

Candidate:
1-2 years' experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or video editing software
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and proactively generate ideas
Strong attention to detail
