Role Introduction:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our IT Services marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, driving our lead generation efforts, and supporting the acceleration of our pipeline through multi-channel marketing strategies.
What You Will Do:

Email Marketing

Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Marketo to engage our customer base. Maintain and manage email marketing lists, ensuring segmentation and personalisation tactics are applied. Measure and report on email campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Lead Tracking & Management

Use Salesforce to track, manage, and report on lead performance across various campaigns. Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure effective lead nurturing and handover processes.

Event Coordination

Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, roundtables, customer and internal events, from concept through to execution. Manage event logistics and post-event evaluation to ensure success and continuous improvement.

Content Marketing

Support the creation of marketing collateral, including blog posts, case studies, email copy, and sales enablement tools. Monitor and update content libraries, ensuring all materials align with brand messaging and business goals.

Internal Marketing

Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates, ensuring timely and engaging messaging across the organisation. Coordinate all-hands calls, from preparing agendas and materials to ensuring smooth execution. Assist with internal events such as the annual Kick Off, sourcing merchandise, coordinating logistics, and managing delegate lists.

What You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media and event coordination (experience with tools like Marketo or Salesforce is a plus but not essential). Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Collaborative mindset and a team player, able to work across departments to achieve shared goals. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation in marketing.
