Job Overview

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Paid Ads Specialist to bring our marketing campaigns to life. Your day-to-day will focus on creating engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, managing email marketing, assisting with customer communications, and helping coordinate paid partnership and sponsorship opportunities. You will be key in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality organic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, along with assisting with creating paid ad content for Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish high-quality organic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Assist with creating paid ad content for Facebook and Instagram. Assist with email marketing campaigns, from writing copy to managing mailing lists. Assist with customer inquiries and engage with reviews and feedback. Manage sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and brand collaborations. Support the marketing team with campaign planning, reporting, and general admin tasks.
About You:

You have strong knowledge of the equestrian industry. Skills in video editing (basic editing apps/tools are fine such as Canva). Creative eye for content creation and a passion for social media. Good writing skills for social media captions and email marketing. Organised, proactive, and happy juggling multiple projects. Previous marketing experience would be preferred.
Bonus Skills (Not essential but nice to have):

Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email platforms. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or other design software skills. Previous customer service experience.
