Are you a highly organised, creative, and proactive marketing professional looking to take full ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery? We're on the lookout for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and growing hospitality marketing team. You'll play a key role in promoting the pub's key offering, exciting events, managing digital channels, and ensuring our pubs and venues are buzzing with activity and visibility both online and on the ground.

About the Role



As Marketing Co-ordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our marketing function, balancing hands-on campaign management with creative content creation and performance analysis. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Executive, Pub Managers, Designers, Printers, and third parties to make sure our core offering, events and seasonal promotions are beautifully presented and reach the right audience at the right time.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Operations



Maintain and update weekly "What's On" event listings across all company websites. Plan, design, and coordinate the production of promotional materials--both print and digital--including posters, flyers, table cards, venue signage, and more. Work closely with suppliers, printers, and logistics teams to ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and installed at the appropriate venues.

Social Media & Digital Campaigns



Create and schedule Facebook events using campaign artwork and up-to-date event information. Develop and execute structured social media content plans across Instagram and Facebook. Engage with online communities by responding to comments, reposting user-generated content, and maintaining consistent story and highlight updates. Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions. Coordinate influencer visits, content collaborations, and other digital partnerships to enhance brand exposure.

Email Marketing



Develop and manage an ongoing email campaign calendar to support events, offers, and brand communications. Write, proofread, and schedule email content--balancing planned sends with reactive, real-time campaigns based on factors such as weather or booking trends.

PR & Partnerships



Draft and distribute press releases for key events, new offerings, or company updates. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, documentary teams, and advertising partners.

Online Listings & Reputation Management



Manage and regularly update business listings on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and other relevant directories. Set up and optimise profiles for new venue openings. Monitor listings for accuracy and respond promptly to any issues or feedback.

Menu Management



Oversee seasonal updates of all menus (print and digital), ensuring timely rollouts across venues and platforms. Coordinate the promotion of event-specific and special menus (e.g., holiday or themed events). Ensure all offer and pricing information is accurate across websites and third-party platforms.

Performance Analysis & Reporting



Monitor key performance indicators including engagement, bookings, follower growth, and campaign ROI. Compile and present monthly marketing performance reports and insights to senior management.

General Marketing Oversight



Manage external advertising opportunities, such as magazine features and paid placements. Proofread all outgoing marketing materials to uphold tone of voice and brand consistency. Support company-wide internal communications and respond to ad hoc marketing requests from teams. Lead projects from concept through to completion, taking full ownership and ensuring all contributors meet deadlines and deliverables.

What We're Looking For



Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in hospitality, events, or leisure. Must have driving licence and vehicle as travel to sites essential Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills. Confidence in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects independently. Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content creation. Experience using email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and CMS platforms. Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
