The Opportunity:
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who's eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Based in our Dungannon headquarters, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand activity -- gaining experience across all aspects of marketing in the engineering and machinery space.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Assist in the creation of content for the website, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials Help coordinate trade events and exhibitions, including logistics and on-the-day support Update and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and website CMS Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and distributors to support global marketing activity Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
What We're Looking For:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and writing skills Creative flair and attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot experience a plus) Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas Interest in the engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector is a bonus
