About the Role




We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Marketing Coordinator with a strong interest in lead generation and growth marketing. This is a hands-on role, focused on driving new business opportunities through content creation, campaign execution, and CRM management. You'll make a significant impact on our marketing activity, playing a key part in delivering multi-channel campaigns and creating content that attracts and converts prospects. You proactively identify problems, develop solutions, and take responsibility for outcomes. You're highly organised, data-driven, and excited to learn the ins and outs of B2B marketing as we grow our marketing team.

Key responsibilities



Lead generation and campaign execution

Take ownership of delivering lead gen campaigns across paid and owned channels Set up, monitor, and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns (including A/B tests and retargeting) Repurpose content (e.g. webinars, reports) into lead gen assets like gated content and ads Track and report on campaign performance and conversions, sharing insights with the wider team Proactively follow up on campaign and sales activity with lead nurturing workflows
Content and social

Create and schedule content for LinkedIn to promote new customer app launches, events, and customer success stories Send all news out to relevant media contacts Write concise, compelling copy for our website, emails, and other marketing materials Produce short-form video content (e.g. podcast clips, product demos) using tools like Headliner and Canva Suggest new content formats or tactics that could drive better engagement or conversion
CRM & Data (Hubspot)

Keep the contact database clean and accurate with regular maintenance and updates Segment audiences for campaigns and update lifecycle stages Run Hubspot reports to uncover campaign insights and identify growth opportunities Take initiative in improving processes and documentation in the Hubspot playbook
Events

Support logistics and promotion for webinars, roundtables, and conferences Track and report on leads from in-person and virtual events
General marketing support

Respond to inbound marketing queries with relevant assets or information Coordinate with customer success managers to source testimonials Support the marketing manager with ad hoc growth-focused projects and research

You'll have these skills and qualities:



2 years of B2B marketing experience Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager A natural at taking initiative and ownership Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills A desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment Highly organised and good at juggling tasks Basic knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM Positive, can-do attitude Happy working in a busy and buzzy environment Exceptional communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a delivery mindset Experience supporting the coordination of events (in-person and virtual) is a plus
