Interim Marketing Coordinator
Into Film
Location: Hybrid role with minimum one day per week based at the charity office in either London, Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh and Salford
Contract: interim for 12 months (open to a shorter term contract of a minimum nine months)
Salary: 28,000 to 35,000 depending on experience

Charity People is delighted to be partnering with Into Film, an organisation that puts film at the heart of children and young people's education, helping to support their academic, cultural, and social development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, as Marketing Coordinator you will lead on delivery of all marketing activity for the organisation and line manage the Marketing Officer.
Core responsibilities within the role will include:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement the Into Film marketing strategy to grow audiences and deliver against KPIs
  • Lead all major Into Film marketing campaigns including planning, copywriting and coordination across paid, organic and earned media
  • Manage cross-platform paid digital activity, including Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), ensuring that it is tracked, evaluated, and delivers an excellent ROI
  • Work with the Press and Editorial Manager to integrate PR and editorial activity with marketing plans to ensure a seamless journey is created for all paid, owned and earned activity
  • Lead on marketing and delivery of the flagship Into Film Awards event, managing third party agencies and suppliers that are commissioned to support the event.
  • Support in the creation of content for the Into Film website, as part of Into Film campaigns to meet the needs of audiences.
  • Support Marketing Officer with email communications when required
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure that brand and style guidelines are updated, and that the organisation is trained and using brand correctly
  • Implement, monitor and develop Into Film automated e-communications journeys to enhance marketing and user experiences for our audiences
  • Lead on evaluation of marketing campaigns, working with the Marketing Officer, including continually optimising conversion journeys across the Into Film offer
This role would be a great next step for someone who is interested in film and who is keen to take their next step working for an organisation that is inclusive and flexible. We'd love to hear from you if you have some line management experience, potentially in an informal capacity, as well as experience of managing cross channel campaigns; experience of digital marketing including paid media; and an excellent understanding of data analysis and how data can be used to measure the success of activity.
