Working Hours & Days

38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Wages

12.60 per hour, we are a Real Living Wage accredited company

Working out of our Head Office to get a feel for us, becoming hybrid once settled into the role.

No formal qualifications are required, we do things different and we're looking for someone who wants to disrupt the industry, understands our marketing style and wants to help us deliver on our exciting growth targets.

Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, direct mail and SEO would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. Manage multiple marketing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. Utilise WordPress to update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future strategies. Support the leadership team in coordinating marketing events and initiatives.
