We're seeking a Marketing Creative with an instinct for storytelling, trend awareness, and visual impact -- someone who can translate the essence of HOGU into campaigns that captivate, convert, and create culture.

The Role

You'll be the creative force behind our marketing presence -- from campaign concepts and social media visuals to product launches and influencer collaborations. This role is ideal for a visually-minded marketer who thrives on bringing luxury streetwear and lingerie to life through powerful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute marketing campaigns for new collections, launches, and promotions. Develop content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and email -- aligned with brand tone and style. Collaborate with the designer and buyer to ensure brand consistency in imagery, copy, and campaigns. Plan and direct photoshoots and creative visuals, including mood boards and brand storytelling. Work closely with the founder to develop brand campaigns and product messaging. Analyse performance and engagement data to optimise campaigns. Stay ahead of fashion, culture, and social trends to keep HOGU fresh, edgy, and relevant.
Requirements

Strong creative background -- ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury branding. Proficient in social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. Skilled in Canva / Adobe Suite / video editing tools. Understanding of fashion campaigns, influencer marketing, and visual trends. Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Passionate about the HOGU mission -- empowerment, edge, and evolution.
