The Marketing & Design Coordinator is a junior role within our marketing team, created to support the growing demand for eye-catching visual content and customer-focused design services. About The Role
Responsibilities:

Duties will include:
Design & visual support
Assist with the creation and editing of visual documents, including visualisations, mood boards and customer proposal booklets.
Use Adobe suite to edit imagery and prepare clear, customer-ready design outputs.
Ensure all visual outputs follow Tobermore brand guidelines and are accurately presented.
Design service support & coordination
Provide day-to-day support to the design services function by helping to organise design requests and outputs.
Assist with coordinating work between the internal marketing team, sales teams, and the external landscape architect.
Help track project progress and maintain organised records of files, revisions, and final outputs.
Assist with conducting Virtual Sample Studio sessions, helping to prepare visuals, present materials, and support customers during appointments.
Marketing support
Support day-to-day marketing activities as required, including assisting with campaigns, events, and general marketing tasks to support team priorities.
Administrative & organisational support
Carry out general administrative tasks related to design services, including file management and version control.
Help maintain templates, folders, and basic processes to support efficient workflows.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
General
Work closely with colleagues across marketing and related teams.
Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Required Criteria
+ Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related area or relevant practical experience.
+ Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop. o Basic design skills and a good eye for detail o Willingness to learn and develop design and marketing skills
o Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively o Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
+ Reliable, organised, and proactive.
+ Able to follow briefs and work to deadlines with support.
+ Keen to develop within a marketing and design environment.
+ Full UK driving license
Desired Criteria
+ 1 years' experience supporting marketing, design, or administrative tasks, with an organised and methodical approach to work.
+ Experience supporting a marketing or design team.
+ Exposure to customer-facing materials.
+ Understanding of brand guidelines.
+ Interest in consumer marketing or design services.
+ Interest in the built environment.
