well-rounded Marketing & Design Co-ordinator

to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in developing, designing, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that drive our brand forward.

Firesense Ltd have over 30 years' experience in Fire Industry going from being a 'niche' panel manufacturer to a Leading Independent distributor of Fire detection equipment in the UK.

We represent a select group of high profile manufacturers within the industry giving our customers the best range of product at a competitive price, making Firesense a 'One Stop Shop' for fire detection equipment.

About the Role



You'll be responsible for creating visually striking content and leading our marketing across all channels -- from web and social to email and print. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, web graphics, and presentations. Manage and design assets for social media campaigns (static and animated). Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns. Maintain and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborate with the management team to develop brand strategies and campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Events, exhibitions and promotional material planning and delivery.

About You



You're a creative thinker who understands how design and marketing work together to tell a story. You have an eye for detail, a flair for design, and a passion for creating engaging content.

Essential Skills & Experience:



You don't need to be a seasoned expert; what matters most is your genuine interest in creating eye catching and positive media, a knack for understanding data, and a desire to make a real difference for our clients.

If you're a self-starter who thrives on variety, loves digging into insights, and communicates with clarity and confidence, you'll fit right in!

Proven experience in a marketing or design role. High-level of proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite

Experience designing for

web, print, and social media

. Knowledge of

web design principles

and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace). Experience running

email marketing campaigns

(Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects Able to prioritise tasks, make decisions autonomously, and take initiative Excellent written and verbal communication High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines Strong judgment in identifying risks and opportunities Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills Skilled at capturing compelling imagery to showcase brand experiences for social platforms. Comfortable managing a website with a high volume of products

Desirable:



Basic Magento 2 HTML/CSS knowledge. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
