We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to contribute to and develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all business communications Site visits to capture high quality drone and camera footage Liaise with sites and clients to arrange visits Design and produce promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and presentation decks Create and manage email marketing campaigns, with data-driven analysis and reporting Write and edit marketing copy for the website and social media Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics Manage social media platforms and website content, ensuring high engagement and accuracy Produce social media reports and engagement insights Plan and coordinate internal and external events Support and manage charity initiatives and community engagement activities Liaise with suppliers and agencies (e.g. designers, printers) Edit photo and video content Organise Promotional events

Key Skills

Proven experience managing social media channels and creating compelling content Proficient in email marketing tools and Google Analytics Competent in using design software to create marketing materials Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Creative thinker with strong eye for detail and brand alignment Drone experience and photography skills

Requirements

Location - Thirsk/Leyburn office based, along with sites across North Yorkshire and the North East Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Executive or similar position. Strong understanding of social media management tools and techniques. Familiarity with Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO best practices to enable efficient engagement with various outside companies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
