We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our team and deliver innovative campaigns that drive revenue growth, increase showroom traffic, and accelerate vehicle turnover. Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and upsell products such as warranties, finance, and aftercare.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to execute strategies that boost showroom visits and sales conversions.
Plan and deliver promotional campaigns for new models, trade-ins, and seasonal sales, ensuring strong visibility both online and onsite.
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine pricing, promotions, and product mix.
Develop monthly strategies with management to meet ambitious targets and increase profit margins.
Produce detailed performance reports for senior leadership and identify opportunities to capture new market share.
Build strong partnerships with businesses, fleet buyers, and financial institutions to expand revenue streams and secure long-term growth.
Working Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week
What We're Looking For
Strong background in marketing leadership, ideally within the automotive or retail sector.
Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
