Responsibilities:
Strategy
Creation & communicating separate marketing plans for:
a) PMC Distribution UK Home Audio (PMCD), Studio, Ci sectors
b) PMC Export UK Home Audio (PMCM), Studio, Ci sectors
Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
Building brand awareness and positioning
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Researching demand for products and services.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitors, market, and consumer trends. (Short & long term)
Work with sales dept. to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Management & Leadership
Production and reporting of annual budgets for PMCD & PMCM with the understanding of finance, including expenditures, R&D costs, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
Creation of concise performance reports for CEO/Board
Create and maintain reports of Marketing dept. KPI's
Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, directing, and training employees.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, workshops and participate in professional bodies/societies. i.e. CEDIA, Clarity, AES, High-End relevant parties.
Campaigns
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Developing promotions with Sales dept.
Identifying potential customers.
Managing advertising campaigns.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Digital Marketing
Manage digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and social media campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Website management
Trade Shows & Events
Develop and execute a strategic annual events roadmap focused on major audio industry events (e.g., NAMM, High-End, ISE etc.).
Identify high-impact trade shows, audio conventions, and partner events that align with brand positioning and business goals.
Own the end-to-end planning of each event, including budgeting, booth design, product demos, scheduling, staffing, and logistics.
Drive pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize engagement, booth traffic, and lead generation.
Capture and analyse event KPIs such as attendee engagement, demo participation, press coverage, and ROI, using insights to optimize future efforts.
Ensure innovative and differentiated brand presence on the show floor.
Requirements
Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related
5+ years of Experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a team leading role
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including tools and platforms (SEO, social media, email platforms)
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles; managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (CRM, google analytics, hubspot etc)
Confident, driven, and dynamic leader
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
Strong copywriting skills

Pay: 75,000.00-95,000.00 per year
