Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with proven leadership skills and a passion for developing innovative strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management expertise to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Duties

Market research: conduct market research, analyse industry trends, competitors and consumer demands, and provide data support. Strategy Development: develop a comprehensive marketing plan to determine market positioning, target audience, and promotion strategy. Company/Service Management: build and maintain company image, ensure brand consistency and impact, and develop company/service promotion plans. Promotional Activities Planning: design and implement various promotional activities, such as advertising, to increase brand awareness and market share. Utilise tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics and optimise campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Lead the development of promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities. Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, and social media platforms. Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
