ROLE SUMMARY



The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the growth of Radfield Home Care York & Rural's existing services and assist with the launch of new locations, initially in Thirsk & Northallerton. This role is central to enhancing our brand presence and service delivery through innovative approaches and sustained growth initiatives.

Based across both our York and Thirsk offices with regular travel in the local area, you will take a proactive approach to promoting our services to potential clients, care professionals, and community partners. Strong communication skills--both face-to-face and digital-- as well as an energetic approach are essential.

Whilst this role is focused on marketing, recruitment and networking, it ideally requires a solid understanding of the home care sector and a proactive approach to networking and recruitment. You will work closely with operational management in regards to ensuring that there is a high volume of excellent quality clients and candidates in the pipeline in order to assist the branch to meet growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Growth of Existing Services:

Utilise a wide range of marketing, business development and networking strategies to ensure continued growth in our flagship branch of our core home care, live-in care and day centre service offerings that meet our realistic KPIs.

Marketing and Brand Awareness:

Creating and executing marketing strategies to promote Radfield Home Care's services and brand locally. Manage social media platforms, digital marketing efforts, content creation and community outreach initiatives.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organise and attend community events, fairs and presentations to promote our services. Represent Radfield Home Care at local events and networking opportunities.

Relationship Building:

Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including potential clients, referral sources, and local organisations.

Support Business Development:

Assist with local partnerships and promotional opportunities that help build brand presence and enhance the reputation of Radfield Home Care.

Reporting:

Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts, including client and care professional enquiries, conversions and satisfaction

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS



Essential:



Experience working in a business development, marketing or sales roles Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

Desirable:



Previous experience of working in the Care / Home care sector Experience using design / CRM software

Pay: Up to 31,500.00 per year
