The Exciting Role



We are looking for a bold, energetic and creative Marketing & Events Executive to join our dynamic team at East Lancashire Learning Group. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for marketing with your flair for events, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.


One day you'll be planning a high-profile open event that inspires hundreds of young people to shape their future, the next you'll be creating a digital campaign that reaches thousands across our community. From managing logistics and liaising with suppliers to producing engaging content and driving social media, you'll play a key role in showcasing this Outstanding College Group's excellence, innovation and impact.

The successful candidate will be primarily based at Lancashire Adult Learning but will be required to travel across sites.

What You Will Be Doing:



Support the Head of Marketing and Comms in the development and delivery of impactful marketing activity, events and collateral. Manage online communication channels, including social media and websites, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date. Ensure creative thinking for all campaigns and projects, identifying key target audiences and defining goals, conducting market research to analyse trends and identifying opportunities. Take responsibility for the production of marketing, communications and event collateral, including leaflets, posters, podcasts, videos etc, creating and curating engaging content.

What We Are Looking For:



5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above Relevant degree level qualification Professional qualification in Public Relations or Marketing (CIPR or CIM) or working towards (equivalent experience may be considered for the ideal candidate)
