Marketing Executive And Content Creator

Uckfield, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive & Content to be the CMO's right hand and the team's energy source. You'll learn every facet of modern marketing from the ground up--while keeping projects organised, moving, and measured.

In this role, you'llown our content calendar, ensure output is always on-brand and on time, and personally create high-quality content across formats. You'll guide our Junior Marketing Executive, collaborate with wider teams, and bring fresh initiative to every campaign. At Tiny Box Company we are the UK's no. 1 sustainable and ethical packaging solution.

We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices. Based on this principle, we have carefully hand picked our entire range, which includes recycled jewellery boxes, recycled bags, gift packaging, rigid boxes, acid-free tissue paper, ribbon and so much more. If you are looking for something "outside the box", we have extensive experience in working with customers to help them find the perfect bespoke packaging solution for their brand.

At Tiny Box, we have BIG ideas and a passion for sustainability, but we need your help.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & SEO Write clear, compelling copy for websites, product/category pages, landing pages, and SEO elements (titles, meta, headers, alt text). Produce long-form blogs, features, and thought-leadership pieces with strong hooks and structured briefs. Lead short-form video ideation, direction, and editing. Create engaging content for social, email, and paid channels. Maintain an editorial style guide and keyword briefs. Email & CRM Build and schedule campaigns, automations, and A/B tests. QA links, rendering, and UTMs. Affiliate & Partnerships Support briefs, assets, tracking links, and partner/creator comms. Website & On-site Content Coordinate with the web team on updates, SEO, accessibility, and copy. Campaigns & Reporting Set up campaigns end-to-end with accurate tracking. Deliver weekly updates and monthly reports with actionable insights. Planning & Operations Own a visible content calendar (4-6 weeks out). Delegate tasks and guide the Junior Exec with clarity and feedback. Events, Shoots & Collaboration Plan shoots (locations, call sheets, props) and support cross-team initiatives. CMO Support Provide light PA duties: prep docs, coordinate meetings, chase actions, tidy trackers.
What You'll Bring

2-5+ years in a hands-on marketing/content role (agency or in-house). Strong writing skills and a short-form video portfolio. Proven experience managing content calendars and projects. Confidence in delegating and coaching a junior team member. Familiarity with GA4, social/ads managers, CRM/email tools, CMS platforms, and spreadsheets. Design and editing skills (Canva/Adobe, basic video editing, or similar). Eye for styling and composition with practical content creation experience. Analytical mindset--comfortable running tests and turning data into decisions.
What Success Looks Like (First 3-6 Months)

A visible content calendar always 1-2 weeks ahead with zero missed deadlines. Monthly reports delivered on time with 2-3 actionable experiments tested. No avoidable QC errors (e.g., broken links, missing UTMs, off-brand copy). A small but steady partner/creator pipeline delivering usable assets. Junior Exec running smoothly with clear priorities and on-time delivery.
