The Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help us tell our story, showcase our products, and strengthen our relationships across the UK pub trade.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be creating digital content and planning LinkedIn posts; the next, writing for the trade press, supporting a product launch, or pulling together materials for a customer event.

You'll play a key part in making sure Regal's brand shines -- showing pub operators, breweries, and partners why we're the partner of choice.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and updating our website, keeping content fresh and relevant. Creating engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital channels. Writing blogs, case studies, press releases, and trade articles. Supporting the design of brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Assisting with campaigns, product launches, and trade shows. Working closely with our Sales and Product teams to align marketing activity with business goals.

What We're Looking For

Marketing experience (B2B experience is ideal but not essential). Strong writing and content creation skills. Confident with digital tools (e.g. WordPress, Canva/Adobe, scheduling platforms). Creative, organised, and able to manage projects. A team player who's adaptable, energetic, and ready to make an impact.
