Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive & Brand Co-Ordinator

This role will see you working as part of a small, friendly team whose top priority is to showcase the brand in line with the brand values. It is crucial you have experience in Marketing, not just Graphic Design.

General Duties:

Priority is to improve web presence and ensure brand consistency

Implement and follow a marketing plan

Commercial catalogue: Design, imagery & copy

Brochure designs & updates: Design, imagery & copy

All photography: Product etc.

Creative photoshopping: Photoshopping products in situ or illustrating USPs

POS design, supplier sourcing and quote gathering

BDM support: Images, flyers, bespoke designs for customers

Promotional items design

Guides/Infographics

Checking customer catalogues and sending product updates for specs, copy, imagery

Ad design for publications

Covering packaging, spec sheets, flyers and offers design

Reviewing/keeping up to date with competitor content, campaigns and design

Experience & Qualities:

Must have experience in Marketing

Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.

Skilled with Excel, word and PDF software

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Ability to adapt/respond to different customer characters.

Ability to work under pressure.

A strong team player.

Experience in Lighting product desirable

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

A strong eye for visual composition.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Experience with computer-aided design.
