Marketing Executive

At De Vere, our spaces host everything from large-scale conferences to elegant weddings and corporate retreats. Behind that visibility is focused, creative marketing that drives enquiries and delivers results.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms and De Vere Latimer Estate - one is an iconic events venue in London and the other a large events focused historical Hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a driven marketer who wants to see their ideas turn into measurable business impact.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, onsite teams and our Central Marketing function, you'll deliver activity that increases visibility, generates quality leads and strengthens brand presence across both venues.
This is a dual-site role, with the successful candidate spending three days per week at Grand Connaught Rooms and two days per week at Latimer Estate, with flexibility required depending on business demand
What the role involves;

• Planning, delivering and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, print and social
• Creating engaging, on-brand content and collateral to support proactive and reactive sales activity
• Managing social channels and digital platforms to drive awareness, engagement and enquiries
• Using market insight, competitor research and performance data to inform targeted marketing decisions
• Supporting advertising, PR, photo shoots, promotions and database activity to ensure consistent brand execution

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, venues or a fast-paced brand environment
• Confident managing multiple projects and working with a range of stakeholders
• Strong written skills with the ability to create compelling, accurate content
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused
• Comfortable using social and digital platforms; basic design experience (e.g. Canva) would be advantageous
