and we're looking for a passionate, creative and driven
Marketing Executive
to take the lead. The post holder will also assist with our sister restaurant and our second company.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be the first member of Fiorenza's newly created marketing team. As
Marketing Executive
, you will take ownership of our entire marketing function, working closely with the COO to shape and execute a comprehensive strategy that elevates our brand, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth.
You will wear multiple hats - from managing our online presence and social media channels to content creation, overseeing website updates, and executing promotional campaigns and events. This is an ideal role for a marketing graduate with a strong portfolio or a junior marketer ready to step up and take full ownership of a vibrant and diverse marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Follow in depth the company's marketing strategy, analyse it and share constructive feedback that aligns with the company's marketing goals
Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and grow our online community
Plan, produce, and post engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms
Maintain and update the restaurant website (menus, bookings, blogs, SEO content)
Coordinate photography and videography for campaigns and social media
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters
Assist with the organisation and promotion of in-house and community events
Monitor key marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI) and report performance to the COO
Liaise with PR contacts, local influencers, and suppliers where necessary
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaigns
Work with the restaurant team to ensure all promotional materials align with our brand tone and service experience
What We're Looking For
Degree-qualified
in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (minimum BA/BSc)
Previous marketing experience is
welcomed but not essential
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content creation tools
Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
A self-starter, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Passion for hospitality, food, and the luxury dining experience
Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, basic CMS, and Google Analytics is desirable
Ability to work flexible hours and attend occasional evening events
