Job Description

Due to recent growth, we're looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team in Danbury, Essex. Kelly Turkeys is a family-run business and home to the KellyBronze - Britain's most awarded turkey.

The role is hands-on and varied - covering social media, email marketing, design, website content, and more. While you'll be mainly based at our office, there'll be plenty of opportunities to get out and about capturing content on our farms, in our kitchen, and at events.

This role is ideal for someone who's full of ideas and enjoys taking the lead. You'll have real ownership over content and campaigns, and the chance to shape the way we communicate as a brand. We're after someone creative, self-motivated, and organised - who's happy switching between writing, designing, filming, scheduling, and analysing.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling regular content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Managing social media accounts and community engagement Running and monitoring paid ads (Meta, Google, Bing) and reporting on results Capturing and editing photo and video content (reels, stories, short-form video) Help design flyers, email graphics, brochures and social content using InDesign and Photoshop Sending e-flyers to customers via Mailchimp or similar Making updates to our website (copy, products, images) and liaising with developers when needed Ensuring all content is visually consistent and brand-appropriate Keeping track of performance metrics and making improvements where necessary

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or digital content role. Experience working for a luxury brand (not essential) Strong working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop Comfortable with social media scheduling tools and paid advertising platforms Good written English and a practical eye for design Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or brevo) Video editing experience (phone or desktop) Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and see things through Creative, curious, and confident suggesting new ideas Full driving licence, as will need to travel to other sites for filming
