We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Marketing Executive who lives and breathes paid media and lead generation. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more--for our clients and for our own agency's lead funnel.
You'll own the full funnel: from audience targeting and ad setup to tracking, optimisation, and reporting. If you can spot a poor CPL from a mile away and know how to fix it, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and run lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
Own ad account setup, management, and optimisation
Develop audience strategies, write ad copy, and brief in creative
Track and improve performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Manage lead gen for both client accounts and our own marketing funnel
Work with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) to automate follow-ups and nurture sequences
Support wider marketing efforts as needed (email, content, socials)
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency
Proven track record running lead gen campaigns with measurable ROI
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & CRM tools
Confident analysing performance data and acting on it
Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
Familiar with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or HubSpot
Experience in construction/interiors sectors
Comfortable presenting campaign results to clients
