From driving digital acquisition and shaping lead-gen strategies, to supporting huge new development launches and collaborating with PR, PPC, creative, lettings and on-site teams you'll be right at the heart of how these brands grow.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns: digital marketing & performance, PR, CRM, influencer and launch activity.
• Manage and optimise online presence: website, SEO, analytics, PPC, and property listings.
• Deliver offline marketing: brochures, floorplans, show homes, photography, and virtual tours.
• Collaborate with sales, lettings, and on-site teams for consistent brand and lead delivery.
• Track, report, and analyse campaign performance to inform strategy and improve ROI.

What we're looking for:

• Creative and analytical full mix marketer with a passion for campaigns, brand, digital, and performance marketing.
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and experience reporting on data and insights.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Ideally 1-2 years' experience in paid social/search campaigns, agency collaboration, and Google Analytics.
• Preferred experience with CRM tools, property listings, CMS platforms, and WhatsApp/email campaigns.
