Marketing Executive

with strong content creation skills, particularly in

video production and social media growth

, to join our London HQ full-time.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (property tours, interviews, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes), tailored to key digital platforms. Write bilingual (English/Chinese) copy for social media, blogs, and branded content with attention to tone and storytelling. Take ownership of social media channel (e.g. Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat.etc) and demonstrate strong

growth data

(followers, engagement rate, views). Research and identify trending topics and creative formats relevant to real estate and lifestyle content. Collaborate closely with our sales and management teams to develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns. Produce high volumes of content in a fast-paced, visually demanding environment -- this is a

high-output, high-visibility

role.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years of full-time experience

in marketing, social media, or content creation. Strong

video shooting and editing

skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar). Demonstrated success in growing

at least one social media account

, with proven results (e.g., +10k followers, 100k+ views, engagement rate benchmarks). Excellent sense of visual aesthetics and trend awareness -- you know what "works" on screen and online. Passion for the real estate sector and interest in translating project value into engaging media. Fluent in

English and Mandarin Chinese

(written and spoken); Cantonese a plus. Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver who enjoys teamwork. Must be

eligible to work in the UK

; this is an in-office role based in Central London.
