About Us

Your Mission
In this role, you'll act as our China-UK business catalyst, responsible for:
Sourcing & Procurement
Research and engage Chinese suppliers for raw materials and finished items
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery schedules
Marketing & Brand Adaptation
Translate and tailor marketing assets for the Chinese market
Support campaign planning through targeted market insights
Vendor Engagement
Manage day-to-day communications (WeChat, email, calls) with Mandarin-speaking partners
Organise 1-2 site visits per year--must be cleared for short-notice travel to China
New Business Opportunities
Identify and evaluate potential supplier relationships
Work alongside sales and product teams to refine our offerings
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate and work with logistics, QA, and customer support to keep projects on track
Who We're Looking For
Currently living in the UK (ideally transitioned from Student visa to PSW)
Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English proficiency
Recent graduate (undergraduate or master's) in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or similar--outstanding candidates without a relevant degree are welcome to apply
Self-starter mindset, organised, and eager to learn
Ready to travel across China's provinces for supplier/research visits
