The Role

As our

Junior Business Development Executive - Mandarin/English

, you will:

- Source & Procure

Identify and negotiate with Chinese suppliers for components, materials, and finished goods Manage MOQ discussions, pricing, and lead-time tracking

- Branding & Marketing Support

Localise marketing content and assist in campaign planning Conduct market research to inform product positioning

- Vendor Relations & Communication

Serve as the primary Mandarin/English liaison for Chinese vendors via email, calls, and WeChat Plan and execute periodic visits to Chinese factories/suppliers (1-4 trips/year) [Must permission to visit China on short notice.]

- Business Development

Scout new supplier partnerships and product opportunities Collaborate with sales and design teams to align on product roadmaps

- Cross-Functional Projects

Work with and in logistics, quality assurance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For

Location:

Must residing in the UK at the moment (Student visa ? PSW-holder preferred)

Fluent Mandarin

speaker with

exceptional English

(written & spoken)

Recent Graduate

(Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related) or Master's student who is about to finish the course. (Educational qualification Can be relaxed for exceptional talent.)

High Learning Enthusiasm

and a proactive, organised mindset

Willingness to Travel

to all provinces in China for supplier/manufacturer/partner/research visits
